The New Deal Compilation CD

The Aquarian Weekly - June 1998 - This excellent Face Down Records sampler features two tracks each from nine bands. [Taggart's] contributions, the Kinks-like aggro-pop of 'St. Nick' and the Nirvana surf-blast of 'Lemonade', are both standouts. Lemonlime's hypnotic 'Sleep' achieves a Lennon-like genius. The Dipsomaniacs contribute three outstanding pop songs including a super-peppy version of the Partridge Family classic 'I Think I Love You'.
